The future of the rotation 2007...and on (Windsor)

I'm wondering if those in 'the know' (better than I) can shed some conversation on our future, in terms of starting pitching.

Obviously Harden and Haren are definitely in the long term mix.

Zito is obviously a question mark (I personally hope he stays, as even if he is 'demoted' to a #2 or #3 pitcher on the staff, he will be one of the best #2 or #3 pitchers in the league).

Blanton is a question mark to me. If he can mature his location, and continue to keep hitters off balance, i think he can be a great #4 or #5 for years to come.

Loiza is/cannot be in any future plans anymore unless something dramatic happens. He threw nothing over 83mph in his bullpen session the other day, and I don't see that improving much.

So WHO'S NEXT?  Windsor, as noted below, is turning into a great prospect. PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT HIM.  MPH? PITCHES? AGE? CEILING?

"Righty Jason Windsor, Oakland's third-round pick in the 2004 First-Year Player Draft, improved to 3-0 with a 2.08 ERA at Triple-A Sacramento with six shutout innings Monday night. Windsor started the season at Double-A Midland and went 4-1 with a 2.97 ERA before being promoted. Overall, he has 51 strikeouts and 13 walks in 50 2/3 innings this season."

Who else is possible for the '07 and '08 rotation?

Personally i really like Halsey. He has some nutz, attacks hitters, and is only going to get better.
