To elaborate
it's especially pathetic because there were two outs.  Bradley should be running at the crack of the bat, and he has absolutely no real reason even to look back to see if it's a homer, a ball off the wall, or an out.  His job is exactly the same no matter what.

If the A's have a kangaroo court, Bradley should get a life sentence.

He was also in "no-man's-land" when he scored the winning run against NY on Scutaro's hit.  With less than two outs, the left-fielder had a chance to catch it but Bradley was almost at third when he realized the ball was not going to be caught.

Here's what I hope will happen...
Bradley gets mad, blasts a homer later in the game.

Blanton stays sharp, A's hold on to win.

Teammates pick on Bradley about the incident for a little bit after the game, then he smiles and shrugs it off.

He's happy. We're happy. Life goes on.

has yet to have a bad at bat this year.
He has great at bats.  The 11 pitch at bat earlier tonight was huge.

no, Kent got all over him
for not running out a grounder enough...when Bradley was nursing a sore knee.

And from what we know about Kent I'm sure that wasn't the first time he and Bradley got on each other's nerve

Here's the good news on this front...
The A's don't have Jeff Kent. Or a Jeff Kent.

Observations
  1. Chavvy looks very tentative chasing flyballs in foul territory, both in Safeco and at home.  He's been known to make spectacular catches in foul territory, so I don't know where the caution is coming from.
  2. The A's better not lose, because Bradley will be the goat.  If the media makes Bradley the goat, we could see some anger management issues.

Agree with both points...
I'm thinking it's still way early in the season and  Chavy doesn't want to risk injury in non-critical situations.
