Also in that article, Urban says that Richard the Lionheart is feeling better after a bout of food poisoning, but lost EIGHT pounds in TWO days!!

"I lost eight pounds in two days," he said. "It [stinks], because I worked my [tail] off putting weight on during the offseason, and I had finally got myself up to 196 [pounds] before this happened. Now I'm back to 188 and have to start building myself up all over again."
