Anyone see this? (Sorry if this has been posted before.) Apparantly, former Athletic Troy Neel owes almost $500,000 in child support payments in Texas, and has lived in New Zealand, Canada and Japan to avoid paying. Too bad, I'd heard he was a good guy.
