Harden out for the season?
The latest news on Rich Harden isn't good. Hopefully the news on Crosby is better. I couldn't find anything on this on AN so I decided to create a new posting. Sorry if somebody already wrote something on this. Anyhow, here is the link:

I may have been mentally prepared
Alas. I still have faith that this team can pull it off. It will be 10 times harder now without Rich, but it CAN be done.
But man, I'm praying for Crosby to be able to return.

I just saw that,
This is OT, but your username prompts me to ask, are you a student at UCI now? I'm only curious because I'm about to transfer there.

Juan Cruz
Replace Rincon w/ Joe Kennedy as a LOOGY in the bullpen.
ZOT!
Man oh man....thinking of Harden makes me cry.

Kennedy v. Cruz
The thing is, Cruz's dominance was of minor-league hitters. So I'm okay with Kennedy as the guy, as long as he's on a short leash.
As for Harden--what a bummer! I hope we can get him back for the postseason; beyond that, I hope he gets to enjoy some injury-free seasons, so he can make some runs at 20 wins, get some Cy Young consideration, enjoy the spotlight that a pitcher with his talent deserves.
