Two Rotations (Continued)

Stay connected for news and updates

OK-- our guys had a shaky week, though none of them-- not Haren, Blanton or Harden-- allowed the game to get out of control. But tonight Saarloos was his frustrating (to the other team) and garland was lucky to stay close through 5 as the A's worked his pitch count up and up.

So in the 4 most recent games between the A's and Sox:

Our #5 outpitched their #2;

Our #2 outpitched their #1;

Our #1 outpitched their #4;

Their #3 slightly outpitched our #5;

not bad, don't you think?

If BZ can come up big tomorrow, this could be one terrific weekend.
