thanks, that was great.
classic
"like seeing the Ramones or the Bee Gees"
I noticed...
Great lines
And from Billy: "Rooting for the A's is more fun, its like choosing between the Ramones and the BeeGees, A's fans will go with the Ramones."
I love it.
Sorry but I take the Beegees.

where in china do you live?
If I may ask, what do you do? I'd love to live in China...
This is my first post on AN, I've been a lurker for awhile and love the site....
We will be down for the sunday Kendall bobblehead day in section 316, row fourteen...I'd love to meet some AN members...My kids, ages 8,6, 3 & 3 are all big A's fans, moreso this year, as we are driving down for all the bobblehead games...it really got the two older ones into the A's, especially after putting them on their shelves. Sounds like a silly tradition, but my kids are so into it....
Best,
Paul Rodrigues
Kennedy
Most likely it was both. Whether Kennedy is traded no doubt depends on what is offered for him. Talking him up helps whether we keep him or not.
Thanks a ton
cheers

Thank you
I found it interesting that right of the bat when Krueg said he felt the hitting was the reason for the success, Beane said:
"The pitching has been overshadowed. Zito has been so dominant, and Rich has been good too."
Just shows you how much BB believes in Zito, and I'm so glad he kept him. Good stuff.
Chick Talk?
you be the judge.

Billy makes me melt inside.
Larry is SO RIGHT. Beane should wear the red contacts. Who would say no to him if he looks like 'no' will result in him SUCKING YOUR SOUL?
I will now think of Patrick Duffy when I think of Swisher, and that scares me.
Thank you so much for posting that, it was fun to listen to!
second best quote
"we wanted a club thats future was better than its past...had we gone status quo that wouldn't have been the case."
also worth noting:
sounds like those who created the fifty "let's get dunn" diaries don't quite understand how billy works yet.
cutthemullet, on the other hand, had it right in his "Let's be sellers" diary:

good job, dude!
Two Words...
We'll see if Billy has learned his lesson or not.

Larry of course was talking about his favorite team, the Giants!

LOL.
Thanks for the link gdubb
I think he isn't pursuing, or even cultivating, any additional trades before midnight Saturday, but he is surely keeping his phone line open for a trade he can't resist.
