Printi have to say that it's been some time since the hockey player playing baseball has worn the green and gold, but i'm still a fan of Matt Stairs. i noticed that he hit career number 200 for home runs, and just thought he deserved a congrats! it was fun watching him put all he could to yank every pitch out to right field when he was w/us. another thing, his throwing arm - though not the strongest from rf - was underrated, b/c he always had tremendous accuracy.
congrats Matt Stairs, #200 deserves a few beers.

I watched that game
it was fun seeing first Stairs, then Terrence Long, go yard against the Yankees. the Royals actually didn't look half bad last night.
