Sexon on Harden

Found these quotes from RIchie Sexon after having seen Rich Harden.  Made me feel very good that he is on our team:

"He threw me a pitch tonight I've never seen before. I'm sure it was a splitter, but it was wacky. It, like, knuckled up there, like a [Tim] Wakefield pitch."
--Seattle first baseman Richie Sexson, on Oakland pitcher Rich Harden (San Francisco Chronicle)

"The umpire said, 'This guy throws ghost pitches.' [He] was asking me, 'What was that?' I told him I didn't know."
--Sexson

You know it's a good thread
when the title says "Sexon on Harden."  ;-)

I saw the Mariners game on TV
and when Harden threw him the "ghost pitch" all Sexson could do was miss and wonder what happened. They replayed it 2x on TV. Second time was a slo-mo where Sexson turns his head to look in disbelief as Harden walks back to the dugout.

Priceless!

I have faith.

Please fix the title - "Sexson"
not Sex on. Some of us don't like Harden that much.

And some women here
would very much like to be sex'n on Harden ... just because it makes some of us guys uncomfortable, doesn't mean their needs shouldnt' be addressed too.
The next time I slap a guy's ass, can we all just assume it's because I wish I was a baseball player?

Kruk said last night...
he's going out on a limb to declare Harden a future Cy Young. The best stuff among the A's young arms.

Yeah,
really go out on a limb there, Kruk. I'm throwing caution to the wind and predicting that second base will spend next year largely in the middle of the field.
