Embarrassing A's Jerseys

As baseball is almost here, I think I need to get a new jersey. The only one I have is an old Ben Grieve jersey that my friend left at my house. Its kind of a running joke now when I wear it to games. Regardless, its embarrassing wearing Grieve on your back.

Im wondering if anyone else has any embarrassing jerseys that you wear or have you seen any at the coliseum.

I think I noticed a Blake Stein last year.

I will be wearing a jersey I got at Fanfest, a Britt Reames Jersey.

I doubt anyone actualy knows who Britt Reames IS in the stadium, and the only reason I know is because I kept seeing him in MVP2004 on my AAA A's team.

Chris singelton white home jersey i got on ebay for 10 bucks last year. I usually wear my chavez greay away jersey or my barry zito green jersey but once in a while i bust out the singelton.

I didn't see them. Actually, I didn't see any of the merchandise. I was too busy standing in line, getting autographs, standing in line some more, staring at Zito's press conference through the curtain, more standing in line and meeting Zito. :) Besides... my dad said no. he said that he had already taken me there and I had met Zito. "For your birthday," he said. My birthday is in June!!!!!!!! Argh..... I want that jersey. ::sigh::

At an A's Giants game

Either last year or two years ago, I saw some clown with a half Will Clark, half Jose Canseco #23 jersey.
It was a "Clarseco" jersey, half SF, half Oakland. I kid you not. I thought those split SF/OAK hats were awful (and still do), but I don't know what swamp this jersey crawled out of.

Any pointers on where I can find a Brad Penny, Dodgers jersey? I got frustrated with MLB.com yesterday. The female jersey I found, I wasn't able to customize and they don't have men's jersey's in small sizes. I want to buy it for my Aunt in London. Her name is Penny. She's petite or small gal.

I have a Billy Brewer 1997 Game Worn jersey.

He will always be a player that I remember if for nothing else that he hit a walk off homer against the giants (against rob nen no less) in a game that I was at (with my giants fan father). I would love to have a jersey from him.

I tried to get a mark johnson game used jersey this year on e-bay but I was outbid. I saw a chris codiroli jersey awhile ago and it was tempting.

I tend to get jerseys blank, with my name and number (I play hardball), or a historical player on it. I have reggie jackson and mark mcgwire right now. I also have one with my name and an expos jersey with my wife's name on it (she is French Metis and thus the quebec team).

Yeah...

about that... I've injured myself twice this week and won't be sewing/knitting/crocheting/spinning straw to gold/churning butter for a while. This is a very long story that involves pain and blood. The good news is I finished a quilt and a potholder (no, not a roach clip)!
