Poll: Who will be the 4th and 5th starters.

PrintMore of a prediction question than a "who should start?" question.
This assumes that the first three starters will be Zito, Harden, and Danny Haren. I am leaving out the possibility of a free agent signing or the unlikely promotion of John Rheinecker.
