Help me understand now why some of you (and Billy Beane it sounds like) think 2005 will be a rebuilding year? Or why 2006 will be "so much better?" Does losing Hudson mean we go from contender to pretender? Will we somehow have more $$ to throw around after this season? Inquiring minds want to know . . . . seriously, I'm having a problem "accepting" rebuilding -- why won't we contend next season?
